
Michael Tuminaro is a licensed private investigator in the State of Maine with a distinguished career spanning law enforcement, investigations, surveillance, and public safety leadership.
He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware before beginning his law enforcement career as a police officer in Wilmington, Delaware. Over the next sixteen years, Michael served in a variety of investigative and leadership roles, ultimately achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant with the Kennebec County Sheriff's Office and later serving as Lieutenant with the Winslow Police Department.

Michael's extensive investigative background includes complex criminal investigations, narcotics enforcement, surveillance operations, witness interviews, evidence collection, and case preparation for prosecution.
In addition to his investigative work, Michael is a certified instructor through the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and has served as Cadre for multiple police academy classes. He continues to instruct and mentor new generations of Maine law enforcement officers.
As a private investigator, Michael has conducted more than 10,000 criminal, civil, insurance, and surveillance investigations on behalf of attorneys, insurance companies, businesses, and private clients. His experience, attention to detail, and commitment to professionalism have made him a trusted resource for some of Maine's most respected law firms and organizations.
Michael has also served on the Board of Directors for the Maine Licensed Private Investigators Association and remains an active member of the organization, helping advance professional standards within the investigative industry.
